Michael J. Meindl/Media Meindl

I grew up in Wisconsin and hold an MFA in Dramatic Media from the University of Georgia. I am currently working on PhD in Science and Technology Studies, and I have a BA in Theatre Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and an MA in Theatre Studies from Oklahoma State University. I have worked across the country. Before moving to Southwest Virginia, I lived in New York City.

My motion-capture work was featured on National Geographic Channel's The Great American Manhunt. I have filmed and edited videos for the New York Public Library and the Carnegie Corporation of New York. I currently teach Media Production and Cinema and Screen Studies at Radford University and have taught at numerous other institutions.
